The voucher holder is entitled to the following of part there of as described above: Hellfire Studio - Full day recording or Full day mixing / mastering or a half day recording or half day mixing / mastering. A full day (or a half day) recording at Hellfire Studio with a sound engineer supplied by Hellfire Studio. Recording session is up to 8hrs (4hrs for a half day) studio time (9 hour day - 8 hours recording with 1 hour for lunch or 4 hours for a half day). The recording session is for 1 day only or part thereof and can not be split over multiple days. Recording sessions must be used within 5 years of the issue date unless an extension to this deadline is granted in writing by Hellfire Studio. A full day (or a half day) mixing and/or mastering at Hellfire Studio with a sound engineer supplied by Hellfire Studio. mixing and/or mastering session is up to 7hrs (or 3.5hours for a half day) studio time (8 hour day - 7 hours mixing and/or mastering with 1 hour for lunch or 3.5 hours for a half day). The mixing and/or mastering session is for 1 day only or part thereof and can not be split over multiple days. Mastering / mixing session must be used within 5 years of the issue date unless an extension to this deadline is granted in writing by Hellfire Studio. Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the named holder. No cash alternative can be redeemed in lieu of this voucher. Voucher holders are required to complete all applicable booking and/or other formalities directly with Hellfire Studio. Recording and / or mastering session dates, are subject to availability. Vouchers not claimed within 5 years of the issue date will be deemed to have been forfeited and we may cancel this voucher without any liability to Hellfire studio. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law.
